My top 3 would be:
Melrose, Schoenfeld, Graves-Messier-Richter-Leetch

lol @ Graves, Mess, Richter, Leetch. You can't just bring them out of nowhere and into an NHL head coaching positon, what the hell?

Melrose is obviously not interested in coaching or else he would have gotten a job one of the last couple years.

I don't know how quite to put this, but for you guys who want to fire Renney because of a 6 game losing streak, just doesn't make sense. For those of you who say its beyond the 6 game losing streak, those "problems" won't be fixed until the current core of players are gone.

Why is EVERYTHING such an overeaction on this board?

I still think we'll end up the best team in the Atlantic, or at least 4th or 5th in the east

That is pretty ambitious.

not any different than those who say Pock is better than Malik, want Jagr traded, want Renney fired when that won't solve anyone, want mark messier or brian leetch as coach, etc.. thought i'd take the postive side of crazy comments.

Total crazy talk. 10th to 12th is much more realistic. There's too much parity & we ain't got the direction (i.e., coaching, heart, talent) to finish in the top 8 imho.

I think you guys need to get in a new coach, Melrose would be my number 1 choice. When Stirling was fired I was hoping we'd pull him in. Brad Shaw also has the potential to be a great coach if hes available.

Leftcoast...

despite this horrible stretch, this team is still right there. They have games in hand and one can say that realistically they're on the outside looking in, butas bad as they've been, they're still in the thick of things.

Messier would be a horrible coach. I love the guy and all, but no one was greater then Gretzky, and he is sucking badly right now in Pheonix.
