Well, two of them are guaranteed (team with no GM).

very nice. You can build up a team quickly like that. Just monitor what you can afford in salary

What percentage of weekly income should you have tied up to player's salary?

I'll let you know what my player salaries are on Monday for a II. team so you'll see where i'm at, current salary expenses are way more than just players i need. It should be something you're comfortable paying.

I think for this season I'd be willing to pay up to 500k/day on players salaries.

It stills depends on how much I get from sponsors, since I refused all offers (2* was the maximum in 3 days).

By the way, I put a bid on all your players for sale. I don't know if I'll be able to follow the process since tonight I'm out partying and the bidding time is up tomorrow morning

You'll see by the (next) season's end what kind of players you have (players OR, TS) and how strong teams are in the higher league you'll probably promote to () and see if it's worth paying those salaries and compete with them.

That's probably the smartest thing you can do, i'm sure you could get better player for cheaper of FA market anyway Better stay of the computer if you are drunk if you don't want to make me rich

I have tons of money tied up on running FA bids. Not sure if there is much left for you I think I could squeeze about 10M for a goalie, but I'm not sure that's enough.

You gotta set priorities and project where the team has to be over the next few seasons.

Do you want to compete or do you want to build up the arena?

I would look at where I want to finish this year. If that is a promotion to the next level then I would build the team to finish 10-14th in the next season. I would look at what they have and build a ufa system around them and get the players within the first 75 days of this upcoming season and play them every game. I would also look at what their weaknesses are and work towards exploiting them.

For me I was promoted to II.4 a season earlier than planned. So I switched the timing around on the plan. I anchored my area with a TF9 (1000) and played the ufa market to build a team that would finish above 16th. Spent the energy to stay there. Saved up for the next TF. That is where I am now. 10th to 12th in II.4 and each season I save up enough to build 1 or 2 TF's as the players in the 5th to 9th spots have small arena's ( Bombsville is the exception). Since I am playing the UFA game I do not need to invest in TR,RF,SA nor do I need to draft young good players. I keep my staff costs to the basics. This upcoming season I will add another 5k seats and upgrade my medical and maintenance by 2 more levels. I also know that with 4 of the teams coming up that I will have to upgrade the first line and get a better goalie. The goal this year is to finish 10th to 14th.

The following season I will add another 5k seats and start catching up in the facilities and grab another 1st line via UFA.

Then I will finish the rink and start to compete against the top II.4 teams

I was 6th in my division two years straight, but this year I evolved the arena quite a bit. What is the best way to build it? So far my arena is almost only composed of Big with individual seats. Should I start changing them one by one to 1 level multifunctional or should I wait on some and evolve them to 2 levels straight up?

EDIT: suprvilce, I just snatched from you my new starting goalie, my new #1C and my new #1RW for a grand total of 19M!

save up 81m and build a big triple at the end of the season. IF you can save close enough to 162m then build 2 with a loan or start the second one within the first 10 days of the new season.

The following season you will be able to save the 81m easy. I have 2 more seasons of building and I will have my arena finished within my first 6 seasons of hockey

Hopefully they do well for you!

tescosamoa - just as me, joined s11, arena will be 20k in 100 days, at the end of season 16 = 6 seasons. Though those arena accessories cost 200M++

559,797 for player salaries today, 102,890,002 last season total. So lets say about 40M salaries paid last season for players i planned to sell.

C/L drops were okay. While my GK stayed 18 6/6 I lost my 300M 17 6/6 RD, 220M 16 6/6 RW and 100M 16 6/6 C to 5/6 early. Though my 200M 17 6/6 LW stuck at 18 6/6.

I gambled on the two 16 year olds. Was only hoping for 17 6/6 (the cutoff to stick on my team) and they fell short. I'll definitely be taking a loss selling them.

I left ice time at 25-25-25-25 throughout the whole regular season and didn't change it, except for the first 4 games in which I had players in camp and therefore used 34-33-33. If you want me to separate out those games I'd be glad to, I have some free time this week to put it together.

Sure. I'm curious to see how it turns out. If you break it into groups of players who played the same (i.e. camp vs. no camp) that'd be great. I can work the numbers from there. All I need are OFF - SHO - G - S and MP (via GP and TOI).

Tesla seems to have a couple of bolts dangling in a very awkward place. With the 'T' logo down there as well, at least he shouldn't have to wear a cup. Seriously though, looks good.

I'm hoping the "T" distracts the shooting and they aim for the "Tesla head". That should drive save percentages up
