I actually liked the call to defer after winning the toss. Defense usually are a little more in sync after bye weeks than offense. That said, they played well enough for the turnover, and the TD afterwards is great.

With that being said they are doing the best with what they have on defense and hopefully players like Wolfe continue to progress so its one less position we need to upgrade in the offseason
We need a secondary, badly, especially a safety

Who is "franchise material" besides Bridgewater? No one else is a sure thing as far as scouting reports and such that I've read.

You know if the ref is competent there and blows the whistle that doesn't happen.

He did blow the whistle.

Still thought it was a bit soft, but whatever.

Nice pick.

Well with who is currently picking one, do you think they draft him? No way. I don't know what the falcons needs are, I haven't watched them admittedly.

Ugh. Right call not catching that punt. Just an unlucky bounce.

Yeah, he looked down. Only thing you can hope for is the refs saying the ball was in the process of coming out. I won't hold my breath, though.

Stupid, so very stupid.

Essentially wasted an attempt in the red zone

Chip Kelly gets too cute?

Neither the first nor the last time that will happen.

That wildcat call was beyond stupid. You're moving the ball so what do you do? Completely kill all momentum.

If the wildcat play had worked we'd be praising Chip for it. Relax.

A good pass rush will make a secondary look better. Just ask Carolina.

No I'd be laughing at the cardinals being unable to stop a scheme that hasn't been effective in 3 years.
