Perhaps they're taking a page from the USAH method of being myopic ****-tards when someone isn't in the MHL?

Very happy if this is all true. I assume that it's for sure his real Facebook? Russia will definitely be my #2 team to root for in the tournament, maybe even #1 when it comes down to it.

Reactionary class traitors and imperialist attack dog McCarthy do not shake resolve of Soviet revolution. Comrade Grigorenko distribute pucks to each according to need. Comrade Zadorov bring strength of steelworker and heartiness of peasant. All real estate on ice under the control of wise and fair Communist Party leadership.

sure beats Canada....anyone but Canada, if only to see the rivers of tears when they don't win gold as they're "supposed"/"need"/"destined" to.

Nothing against our brothers up north of course. Canada's great. Team Canada, however...

I love nothing more than seeing hockey's chosen people denied their promised gold. Always a big Team USA fan, not just for the obvious reason but I love how their squads typically play. Finland's next on the list usually, then it comes down to particulars.

For the record:

@SabresPR

The Buffalo Sabres today announced the team will loan forward Mikhail Grigorenko to the Russian men's national junior ice hockey team.

Team Canada may have picked up a major injury blow tonight, as Drouin left with "concussion-like symptoms." He escaped injury last night on a knee-to-knee hit, but wasn't as lucky tonight it appears. Erne boarded his fellow TBL prospect into the glass and a major suspension could mean his absence from Team USA as well.
