Viamin C (whatever the Daily dose is, do it HOURLY). Zinc (150mg twice a day). Fish oil (with Omega 3, 4 pills daily) and Zicam. I had the same thing you have and beat the **** out of it in 3 days. Trust me.

Credit where credit is due, that was one hell of a goal by Boyle.

You're softening Mr. Bolty.

I guess Boyle was DUE to score a goal anyway.

Why can we not clear the puck out of our own end? Why?

Denis finally puts in a half passable game, and the team in front of him doesn't blow it.

I'll take a road win against one of the best home teams in the league any day, nice or ugly.

The real test is tomorrow. One win is not good enough if they're going to lose the 2/3 after it. They need to start a streak right now and make up some of the points they've let go during last month.

Thanks for the advice, i was feeling better but the coughing wouldn't go away so the doc gave me some penicilin pills, ugghhh it's horrible.

But anyway, great game, good effort from everybody. I loved Danny's goal

Boiler's goal was awesome to watch, however if that defenceman strips the puck they are off 2 the races with an odd man break. I hope he does not try this on a regular basis. Move the puck in the zone with speed and then find a forward to pass in deep to.

They played awesome the first period, they hit people and passed well and stood up in the nuetral zone and did everything right. The second they slacked off that quite a bit in the second but still did well. In the 3rd they just gave up the nuetral zone so easily it was sad and we ended up with it in our end more than we should have.

I am pumped that they won, and I thought Denis stood on his head and special team play was the difference.

Here is a thought - Does anyone think Denis is more comfortable playing against western teams? He has years of experience facing them as opposed to his limited exposure to the East.

Trap game against the Avs. Will the bolts continue with their up and down play and collapse or will they show up and win?

Waiting with baited breath.

Boyle's stickhandling is very good, one of the best in the league for a d-man! That goal was really good! He often did that.. rush into the offensive zone and try some nice moves.. I like seeing that from a defenseman! Boyle is more important to this team than many wanna admit..
