Wow, crazy how a head injury can affect your short term memory.

Good thing it wasn't another Bertuzzi incident.

I still don't understand why Dubinsky was given a game misconduct in the 3rd period tonight. Same referees from the BOS-PIT game. Dubinsky penalties were handed out before the faceoff after a fight between Tropp and Cill (I think that's it). Those referees have no idea what they are doing.

Wow that's pretty crazy, after the anthem? Wonder why his brain chose there.

Is Orpik particularly patriotic? The part of our brains associated with memory are distinct from those that have to do with emotions.

Sucks for Orpik. Sucks for Marchand. But at the end of the day they are both players who have done sleezy, dirty things in the past. Karma.

Islanders screwed up with the way they handled El Nino. They ruined the relationship with him with MGMT and the team's incompetence. Chances are, they're bringing up Strome next game or soon thereafter.

They're probably getting Strome and Nabokov in the line up next game. I hope they ruin strome's rookie year and trade him Would love to root for him, just not when he's a fishwad.

Edmonton and Long Island are like perpetual black holes for professional hockey.... I don't see either of those franchises being even remotely competitive/successful anytime soon....

Isles come from behind in San Jose and win the shootout. Pretty impressive win.

Keith railed by Simmonds then Brookbank steps in and fights him. How I long for a team that's tough and sticks together unlike this collection of stiffs
