and were not necessarily looking for a PWF, we just need a gritty forward(someone like oshie would be a good fit).
its just that a PWF or a sniper would be preferable, but theyre not very cheap

pretty much anyone from our prospect pool is available for the right trade

since you added secondary need, I think a scoring RW would help the Devils alot

theres not much else we need atm

Top 4 defenseman
Your needs seem very lateral to me.

You want offensively-skilled forwards for top 6, but are willing to move away Hodgson and Ennis

You want a Top 4 defenseman but are willing to move Myers?

The Rangers biggest need is a 20 minute RH offensive dman who can run the show.

Willing to part with: Miller, Del Zotto, Boyle, Picks and maybe Callahan/Girardi. Personally, I'm also willing to part with Kreider, Nash or even Staal for the right player(s).

Secondary need is a gritty, shoot first top six forward. A more skilled Callahan or less soft Nash. Basically E. Kane.

I don't think you can get a young top pairing dman for those pieces.

yep, everyone has value, but when you are expecting to have back to back top 3 picks they all can be replaced

Anaheim

Biggest need:

Top-four, mobile, physical defenseman. At the same time, Souray (while lacking the mobility) could fill that need.

Assets willing to give up:

Palmieri or Etem, Possibly a younger defenseman if we're acquiring a top-end talent (Vatenen, Sbisa)

Secondary need:

We could go for a solidified, dynamic, playmaking top-six center. But Perreault looked great when he wasn't injured.

anyone can be replaced with this and next years draft pick, we just would need to know who is being replaced. In theory anyone you trade would be traded to fill a different hole, then that hole gets filled come draft time.

2014 1st rounder
Hemsky
Gagner
one of Yak/Eberle would have to get a very significant return.
Musil
Gernat
Jones
Dubnyk in package for upgrade at goalie.
Lander
don't confuse it.

The secondary need is the top six center with size and grit. 2nd pairing D is more of a luxury than a need for the Oil. I would respect someone wanting #1 goalie as either the biggest or the secondary need, but imo we should look for a free agent for the netminder, or at least wait until we see what Bryz can do.

Our biggest need, the top pairing D, is ideally a RHD. It should be someone who is young enough to be able to play alongside Nurse for at least a few years (but ideally young enough to stay with the team a long time). They don't have to be Pietrangelo. It could be someone like Petry who makes less mistakes

As for assets willing to give up: anyone other than RNH and Hall really, and I suppose Nurse as well. I agree that Ebs/Yak better get a high return but one does make the other expendable so there's that.

I think that if we are serious about finding that D or center we need we should be open to trading Perron as well. It better be a pretty good player coming back if that's the case

I never said we could. In fact if we could, we would and it wouldn't be a need anymore. Thanks for coming out though slugger.

Phoenix: from my POV, the greatest need is for a top-6 Winger, preferably top-line scorer, that is capable of carrying the puck and creating his own plays. AKA Patrick Kane.

Not sure What to give up in a package. Definitely prospects like Miele, Broun, Lessio, etc. With the right youngishtop 6 wing coming back, Gormley can be available. For a Kane type player,Yandle can be available in a package,

Klein, Josi, Ellis should be assets we are willing to give up. I think we should hold on to Wilson and Smith.

Not sure how I feel about the Buff deal, but a big Hell No for the Bogosian deal. Other than Trouba he is the guy I am least willing to give up

I think New York adds a mid round pick and they can get Byfuglien. Rare top 4 defenseman with size, resembling Franson, except more physical.

You can add picks and prospect depth to the Leafs needs. Also AHL depth and AHL (potential) prospects can be added to trade aways.

Im reluctant to trade away our 1st round pick. Our team is very much a bubble team.

Wait, i misread your post, why do we need picks and prospect depth? For what position?

Biggest need: Top 6 winger.
Assets willing to give up: Després, 2014 1st
Secondary need:
Change need to top-9 wingers and change assets willing to give up to Orpik and Niskanen. Pens aren't moving Despres.

No, not trading picks, trading FOR picks We need picks because after our first this year, we have a late 4th round pick. Plus we don't have a couple late picks too, but I can't remember. We are also missing a 2nd next year, and we have a pretty thin and weak prospect pool at forward and goalie, so maybe shifting some would be in our best interest.
