In the dark ages, they used to have egg rolls that were invariably still frozen in the center.

You could smoke back then, so you could use your lighter to defrost 'em.

Why hasn't anyone even mentioned the "Prime Rib" sandwich? Located on the 7th floor (Gate 75?). To me that's one of the unique things at MSG, along with the Knish-Dog.

Sometimes it doesn't have to good, it just has to be different.

been to the garden maybe eight times this year and i've only bought two pretzels...good food is nearby, alot of people like sbarro's. i always head to the bottom of Macy's for awesome pasta at Cucina & Co. you can get an extremely filling plate for 6.95.

The chicken fingers are pretty good, and so is the grilled chicken sandwich. Really you're probably better off eating somewhere else before the game. There is no great signature food item.

This might be a bad question, does anyone know where you can grab a Salad at the Garden?

You're saying that if he eats more salad and cuts down on the beer, he will have a girlfriend to take to games?

I am talking about myself first of all, second of all I have been on this diet for 3 weeks where I have lost about 25lbs which has certainly helped me scure the gf.

Is there anywhere to get a salad?

Agreed, i'm always in Harry's before the game having a pint .... burgers are tasty too

No one's had the roast beef sandwich with the dipping sauce? I'm pretty finicky and I thought it was very good, though at $12 or whatever they charge is kinda pricey, but I know i'm gonna spend $ when i go to the Garden.

Beer at MSG question

I'm going to tonight's game. What kind of beer do they sell at concession stands at MSG? I 'm a Beck's guy myself but most arenas don't sell it.

Do they sell Heineken at concession stands or anywhere else?

thanks

Do they sell Heiny's at the concession stand or the bar?

Don't want to wait at the bar and need to know what kind of beer to drink before the game - don't like mixing.

Not sure if they have Heiny at the food stands, but in the hallways there are beer stands.

Yeah, sometimes I stop off at 33rd and 5th for a couple of 99 cent dogs with mustard and relish and eat them on the walk across town to MSG. Less than half the price of 1 dog inside, and it saves my $ for beers.
