Thank God Bergevin signed Daniel Briere. He has a lot of character.

Lost to a team that played the night before, and almost by shutout.

I wasn't mad about the Kings loss, but this one, no excuse

Fake tough Mason taking it out on Gionta while most of our players on the ice were midgets. At least Gallagher showed some balls, getting into Mason's face even if he got shoved by Flyer players near the back of the boards.

There was a time I believed I could find it in myself to cheer for anybody who wore the Habs' sweater. Then Daniel Brière came into my life.

I'll put this loss on Therrien putting Parros in over Bournival against a soft team like the flyers.

What's wrong with you guys and the talk of suspensions for non-events. We certainly like to self whip ourselves.

Awesome that Therrien broke up every line except the Patches-DD-Briere.. The single worst line we've employed all season, any line with Parros not withstanding.

We couldn't expect the puck to bounce on the right side for that long. Weird performance. Our guys seem gazed up. Awsome goal by Galchenyuk at the end of the game (even though he needs powerskating lessons this summer) ! I don't care we lost those last two games. I hope this team regroups and comes back for a new set of wins.

Personally, after the LA loss, I would have scratched Diaz and Bouillon, to replace them with Murray and Tinordi... however, the problem tonight is that we couldn't score. If we had Vanek on the roster, we would have won.

character building game...we're probably top 5 in the league for character. really like the direction of this team, but we're missing a couple more character guys to help fill out the team.

I see why bournival doesn't play, not enough character. should look to move him and play parros full-time.

And his contribution to that was....?

Flying in and knocking the puck further into the net? Honestly wouldn't have been surprised if he gloved it in again..

1 goal in his last 18 games, always playing with Plekanec, always playing the PP and always on in the last minute trying to a tie a game..

IMO there are some positives going forward:

-Price went back to playing well. Again didn't allow more than 2 and made big stops, especially during the 5min major.

-Galchenyuk scored. He seems to be scoring goals more lately, this is a good sign. I was worried about his ability to be a goal scorer as well as a good passer. speaking of which he made some nice passes as well.

-Plekanec is still our best forward.

-Penalty Kill was good.

....That's about it

Even he's a non factor, Parros is doing his job just fine. The problem is that there are others that are not doing their job at all. At this point, I'd rather have Parros in the line-up than 2 or 3 other players on this team.

We went on what? A 7-1-1 run? Then after a loss, we shuffle all our lines.
We already know DD-Briere doesn't work, we saw that at the beginning of the season.

Go back to
Briere-Pleky-Gio
MaxPac-DD-Gally
Chucky-Eller-Prust
Moen-White-Bournival
Parros

What? He was probably our most involved forward tonight.

Desharnais line was invisible. Eller and Gallagher were okay, Gionta, Prust, Galchenyuk and Plekanec were good.

Having Parros is a liability. He shouldnt play any game except those against Toronto and Boston. Can't believe Bournival is sitting for him...
