Yeah Beninati and May can be OK, but if Laughlin rubs off on them it goes downhill fast.

Did they get Giroux for the jersey tuck? Looked like he untucked his jersey when he was in the box.

Giroux must have played the puck with his hand. CSN hasn't shown a replay yet.

Jersey tuck is a good guess, too.

On NHL.com it says the penalty was "smothering puck"...

Not sure if it's correct but box score on NHL's website says " Delaying Game-Smothering puck"

It astonishes me when an NHL player shoots it right at people trying to clear the puck. ( Timmonen )

NHL boxscore has it as a faceoff violation - but NHL.com have been effed up lately.

Pretty sure that it tucked itself in when he bent over to take the faceoff.

He is not a guy who tucks his jersey. If Simmer got called I would not be surprised.

Also, is the rule not that you get one warning and are told to untuck?

All he had to do was flip it out of the zone so he throws it into two guys. Retire you piece of garbage.

He's actually one of our best dmen. He's no longer against the toughest competition, but he does very well against the guys he does face.

No wonder Philly fans have such a reputation. He's been a hero out there for 6 years and now age catches up with him he's garbage.
