power play....come on...pleeeeeeeeeeeeaz

regarding the 3rd pd lead....i'd honestly rather be behind after 2...they play with more urgency then ... we're the comeback kids and whatever the opposite of that is...

Is hard to hold a single goal lead into third lol

Only one that is not forgivable is the game vs Coyotes but as far, I am not upset if we give up 1 goal lead.

I did read the update that most of the Habs had recovered and put all of my VBucks on the Thrashers tonight. Man am I hating this. Come on guys.

Hossa draws a penalty, time for the PP to do something....once the 4 on 4 is over that is.

Period, Game, Fold.

How the heck do you give up 3 goals in the 3 period again. I can't listen to any more of this. Good night all.

were they just comparing that effort to patrik stefan's blunder the other night????

i heard his name a couple of times as they showed metro batting away at the puck as it rode along the red line but didn't cross it...

what EVER

and n00b, it's mainly just one particularly vociferous canes fan...lol...nice to hear from you oh, did I tell you I finally had poutine? LOL

wait til they see our group of 60+ descend upon RBC on Saturday

I'm starting to feel animosity towards us...ack.

How did this gdt morph into this??? oh yeah, the game sucked so bad, any change of topic was welcome

Shameus, you're fired!

edit: interesting thing I just noticed....the gdt for this game on the habs board has nearly 10,000 views and over 500 replies...wow. this board wouldn't have a gdt that popular even if we made the stanley cup finals lol

Hey Habs fan here, were you able to understand some parts of the french feed? French and English are two languages who share 50% of the same pool of words.

The skills competition with Francois Beauchemin is the Les méchantes confrontations Molson Ex (link: http://www.rds.ca/mechantes_confrontations/index.php).

Every tuesday (on Gameday), there is a competition, during the intermission, between two french canadians players (like Francois Beauchemin, Daniel Brière, Vincent Lecavalier, etc...). This a serie of 3 events, the winner move to the next round (elimination round), until we get a winner.

Every tuesday (on Gameday), RDS are doing the Méchants Mardis Molson Ex , so tonight it was a different feed than you can see on a saturday night for exemple.

I know there is a hockey game between the Habs and the Trashers next week (I think), if you have to watch RDS again on Centre Ice, don't be shy to come ask questions on the Canadians forums, I understand the french language might sounds difficult to understand for somoene who never heard it before.

I am not at all surprised by the latest dip in the Thrashers success or lack of! We are playing on the road, but it should have been expected that we were going to hit a speedbump. This team is top heavy with several really good players and after that, the team is loaded with grinders and role players. Waddell has a job to do and should have expected that he would have a job to do come this time of year. Waddell has a choice to either get busy and add pieces of the puzzle before to much damage is done, or be patient and build the francise in a gradual manner with expectations being kept under control for this years outlook.

What is it going to be? What will the owners allow? We'll know soon and if not will it be to late? Will the psychy of the team become fragile if Waddell sits status quo for to long?

We need a slick defenseman (Niedermayer tipe guy) and a playmaking winger...

See, this is why I haven't done one in a while, heck I have even been refraining from posting during the game on GDT's for fear of bringing bad luck. But I thought hey, they've lost 3, the Habs are coming off of that stomach virus, had all the makings of win and I thought it would also be an easy end to my run of bad luck as well. Silly me....I forgot we have to play the 3rd period every game.
