Mason better start looking for a third NHL team, if he wants that big contract.

Rubbing bleach soaked sand into my eyes would be more fun than watching this team try to get over .500

I've never seen a team collectively play so far below their skill level.

He was seemingly the only guy on ice playing hockey there for the Flyers.

I thought he got it for a second.

Hartnell doesn't even belong on a fourth line right now.

Eh or maybe their skill level is overrated by not only the fans but management.

Mediocre team is correct. I think the main problem starts with the blueline and team speed. I have noticed that a lot of teams that dump the puck in either beat the Flyers d-men to the puck or get there just as the d-man gets to it starting a battle for the puck. Meanwhile, when the Flyers dump the puck in they usually don't get to the puck in time before the other team's d-man gets to it and it is gone.

No trade will fix the Flyers greatest, glaring need at general manager.

I think individual skill is there, but their skillsets combined don't mesh well.

that made my night, had a laughing fit over that.

Maybe b/c I should resort to this... or I can see a bunch of us fans trying it and saying 'not bad' after doing so compared to watching this team...

This team is a gutless collection of overpaid *****. Couturier, Giroux and Mason aside I wouldn't bat an eyelid if any were traded. They turn up for one game in every three and think it's ok. Hell, they probably listen to JJ and Jonesy tell them all how ****ing good they are every five seconds, ignorant of the fact that this team can't even get above 500.

**** this team. **** this season. I'm sick to **** of sacrificing half my sleep to watch these ***** float about like they don't give a damn. It's bad enough for you, it's TWO IN THE MORNING here. What the hell is wrong with me?

There is NO excuse for them to be this bad so ****ing often.

And Scott Hartnell is a ****ing DISGRACE. Maybe he ought to spend a little more time actually practicing instead of writing his stupid ****ing book about how ****ing s**t he is at hockey. Seriously, it's like Schenn writing a book called 'Mr ****ing Invisible' and having a good laugh at us all because he's a millionaire and we're not. The only one who deserves a book is Couturier, a remake of the Atlas fable, he's certainly carrying the entire ****ing team on his back right now.

**** this.

This team only wants to be a borderline playoff team. They certainly don't want to have a high draft spot (#1/#2) but refuse to play to play to their talent levels as we saw against the capitals a few days ago.
