LMFAO !!!

Quote:
The Cavaliers have suspended big man Andrew Bynum indefinitely for conduct detrimental to the team.

According to ESPN.com, the Cavs have placed Bynum on the trade block and are "aggressively" shopping him.

According to Yahoo Sports, Bynum's motivation and desire to play is at the heart of this. "He doesn't want to play basketball anymore. He never liked it that much in first place," one source told Yahoo.

Makes you wonder how injured Bynum's knees have been.

Every time the sixers win, I die a little inside thinking 1 extra win could **** us over...

Every time the Sixers win, a good player on the other team seems to sit out. Gasol would have worked Hawes.

Sixers won in LA? My, how that franchise has fallen this past season and a half. They'd probably still be 5-7th seed in the East, though.

Lakers without Kobe, Gasol, and about 3 point guards.

Injuries happen to just about every team. D'Antoni needed to find a way to use what he had to beat a team that was predicted to be one of, if not the worst team in the NBA this season. A team that also is godawful on the road. Then again, D'Antoni is no Phil Jackson.

I won't lie though, it's always fun when I hear the Sixers beat the Lakers. Less so this year when they need losses, but still a bit fun.

When you turn to Nick Young to run your offense, you're in trouble.

Sixers 9 wins so far:

-3 adrenaline fueled wins to start the year
-beat poor team in the Cavs
-Lakers w/out everyone
-over time wins vs Nets, Magic, Bucks, Rockets

Even if one of Hawes/Young/Turner are traded I expect the team to sink like an anchor, so finishing with a top 3 bad record shouldn't be a problem. I think Hinkie is holding out as long as he can in order to get a higher return.

How about Thad Young? The last four games he's put up averages of 25/8 with high percentages from 3pt land, the field, and the line. Unreal stretch for him.

Agreed. FLyguy, how would you rate the ROY voting as of now? MCW still a pretty big lead you'd say? I'd rank it like this:

1. MCW
2. Oladipo
3. Burke

It's pretty obvious (to me at least) that may be have drafted the best play in the draft. Not only statistically speaking, but he is already making players around him better which is HUGE in the NBA. Burke seems to be getting a lot of hype now because he's a better shooter and making the jazz look OK now.

Also, what's this hype on Giannis Antetokounmpo? Not sure if you've seen him or not, but I've read some people think he could be the best player in that draft 2-4 years from now. Now quite sure what people are seeing in the Greek Freak already.

MCW is the favorite if he stays healthy. The Sixers average the most possessions a game. His counting stats are going to look really good at the end of the year,

Giannis is a freak. Super long, super athletic, and still growing. I really like him. His brother plays for the 87ers btw.

Sixers on a three game ROAD winning streak.

This team needs to make a trade quick... deal ET and Hawes, c'mon Hinkie.

The kings have so much more talent than the sixers (I think), but the kings looked so dysfunctional, it's pretty sad.

I was watching the game after the Flyers, and Boogie Cousins had me cracking up.

Horrible coaching too by Malone. Letting Fredette handle the ball down the stretch. He must have had 5 turnovers in 3 minutes. He made some baskets, but he absolutely killed any momentum they had when he hit some baskets. That and he's a chair on defense. I get he got you some buckets, but at least play him off the ball.

Everything goes right for them. Everytime I watch lately. Lillard missed a layup to tie the game at the end. Just weren't meant to have a superstar I guess.

I just don't understand why Hinkie isn't trading anyone. We are/have been in NBA purgatory for almost 10 years.

This is painful how this team can't even tank right. I realize that they are coached well and are probably in better shape than most teams, but this team does not have enough talent to contend and will not have enough talent to contend with the (say 8 & 13 pick).

Bynum got Deng and 3 picks?

edit: misread the headline--Bynum and three picks got Deng. That makes a bit more sense.

Bynum for Luol (and a first-round pick, two second-rounders, and the right to swap first-round choices in 2015 if the Cavs are not in the lottery).

LOL...not Luol

Wish the Sixers pulled that one
