That was actually a good period for the Lightning. Homer turned it around and made some nice saves. Vinny had a couple of great chances and they are shooting the puck in the right spot to beat Brodeur. Problem is a crossbar and a shot after the horn. Hopefully they continue to get decent chances like that for the rest of the game.

By the way............Hey Brad! When you have an open shot on the PP, take it please, you might get a rebound. Stop trying the cute but impossible passes through 43 legs and a few sticks. Pretty please.

Oh and by the way...............Vinny Prospal is an awesome passer from behind his own net. That pass to Feds was beautiful. Shame he wasn't rewarded.

5 on 3 for 1:35, much of it played with a Devil with a broken stick, and we throw it around 65 feet away playing catch like we have all night and get three shots on goal. What kind of ******** is that? Seriously, that was beyond pitiful.
