Won in Detroit despite losing Revis after the 1st half. This winning streak may force them to keep Schiano beyond this year. If they end up with 6 wins and we see Glennon continue to look good, why fire him then?
Jaguars win!! 13 points is enough to do it, and I'm ok with that!!
Nice win as well, Bucs.
Finally...the dolphins go all...dolphins on us. They don't like being the "best" team in the state. Also, if you saw how empty that stadium was, you cannot criticize the Jaguars for having an "empty" stadium. Sun Life/Landshark/Pro Player/Joe Robbie Stadium had a shocking number of empty seats, and that's coming from a Jags fan.
What sites would you all recommend to buy tickets to a Bucs game? I'd like to go to the game on Dec 15 for my 1st NFL game! Are there better deals as the game gets closer?
I've never bought Bucs tickets so I couldn't tell you where to get the best deals but I've always been happy with stubhub. Click here to see what is available for the 15th vs the 49ers right now. I'm seeing tickets as cheap as ~45$ all the way to about ~400$.
go to 23:30. Theo Epstein talks about how it's not entirely sabremetrics, which seems to be a thing with a lot of ad stats people I see around hockey. Billy Beane of Moneyball fame is sitting on the freaking panel. You wouldn't drive into a lake if the GPS told you to. You don't make all decisions based solely on a formula. Stop it. STAHP IT.

A lot of people use advanced stats in hockey, primarily to justify asinine points of view. Numbers are great, but they can easily be manipulated, people.
Oh by the way, the Bucs were great even though Glennon had his worst game in weeks. They really needed to lose, ya know, for the sake of a top 3 pick. Bums.
That's pretty true. Not everyone of course, but there's those who are trying to convince everyone that they're revolutionizing the game.
A lot of it is that people don't like to admit that they wasted their time. (It also tends to be people who claim they aren't good at math and cite old grades as evidence.) Advanced stats tell me this, so it's okay for me to say.
It used to be accepted fact that the human body had four humors. It was eventually figured out that was wrong. Ad stats people would rather see themselves as the ones who are bringing us cellular theory when they just as well be the ones coming up with humors.
and maybe Rudolf Virchow gets proven wrong at some point. Totally possible. People believed in the four humors for thousands of years. It doesn't make him, or his humorous predecessors any less of scientists.
Everything seems to be moving in the right direction. I'm actually hoping they keep Glennon for now and build around him. Give him another season to see if he can keep improving. Plus, there's not a lot of top end QB talent out there right now so...
