Well if he was that excited to get tickets, he must not go very often. It must have been pretty disappointing to go and not have the Habs show up (assuming that the tickets were to the Rangers game on January 6th).

I know I get pretty bummed after a loss and I've been to every home game since the lockout...I know I'd take it a million times worse if I only got to go once and the team sucked.

I've received a pair of tickets to see MTL against NJ when they've lost 3-0 (the day after MTL against NYR)... and it was my first time at the bell center.

Well last sunday evening someone called me to tell me he had 2 tickets for tonight game and if I wanted them he would gave me them so I'm going to the game tonight but I had a hard time sleeping that night, I was so excited. When you aren't from montreal, you don't take the chance to get tickets from scalpers so it's pretty hard to get tickets.

Why not scalpers? my friends and I would do that lots, jump the metro and head downtown and get tickets.....has it changed over the last 10 years I have been gone?

No I mean, I'm from sherbrooke, I won't do 1hour and an half to see if scalpers have enough tickets for me and my friends, I go to montreal for a game, it's because I have tickets.

wow, that kid is so me. the first time i got jets tickets it didn't matter to me if there was a blizzard, we were going to that game, and it would normally take us an hour and a half to get from our house to the arena on perfect roads haha.

does anyone have the picture of the "class photo" poster the mpale leafs used last season? they had all the kids bunched over on teh right side, leaving this kid wearinga canadiensjersey all alone on the left. ithought i saved that on my computer, but i can't find it anymore. my first time ever seeing that,i was touring the air canada centre, and i shoulted out "hey, that's me!" turned out there were people from montreal on my tour

Yep, living in regina, I never get to go.

I got lucky, I went to the January 2nd game against tampa.
Huge win 5-2! Kovalev's goal was ridiculous.
