There's a difference between embellish and dive.

I think it depends on the penalty. If it's hooking or tripping I could see how the onus is entirely on the diver. But if you high stick a guy in the face and he exaggerates it, you still hit him in the face.

I have to say "uh, what the ****?", so that people know I don't completely hate Lundqvist

Maybe the threat of Carcillo getting a game has made everyone step up?

Great save by Bernier there.

Good effort, best 1st period of the season by the Rangers. I want to see the foot on the pedal again in the 2nd and 3rd periods.
The double penalties make perfect sense to me. It's a little awkward but they're trying to discourage players from conning the referee, period.

A game in TO and we have not spent 8 minutes per period in the box. Wow.

LOL at anyone thinking this team looks remotely like the team that played last night.

We out chanced and out shot them, SIGNIFICANTLY. Talbot made two solid saves. He's looked good. And that's it.

He's not the reason for the 2-0 lead. I want to see a shot go in off Boyle's head, or Girardi's knee, or maybe McDonagh's torso, and see how fans feel about Talbot.

The team, once again, is showing they play harder w/ Talbot. It's a joke.

Yes, because the Rangers were blocking shots for 8 years. It was what, a year and a half? The Rangers and their shot-blocking system was just as overblown as Tampa's 1-3-1.

Do the veterans have a grudge against Lundquist for running Torts out of town, if you believe that?

Dom Moore has to keep producing like this. Our offense is pathetic when he's off of his game.
