I thought it was a successful stint, but this was likely a decision caused by Staal's return.

It was a positive experience for him. He played as well as expected.

He needs to play. They must feel MDZ will play for a while.

Good move. We have enough D at the moment. Allen did pretty well.

Hartford will really benefit from his reassignment. Their last game they had to start ECHL-caliber crap like Mike Marcou and Bretton Stamler.

No reason to have one of MDZ/Allen/Moore scratched every game so this is the right move. Wouldn't shock me to see him back if MDZ gets dealt or another dman gets hurt.

Maybe Sather has something to do with this after his meeting with DZ agents? DZ has to play.

Allen will be back he did pretty well. Sather has to understand that MDZ is not gonna bring back the type of return that he wants. His value has really gone down so unless they package him with another piece we arent gonna get back anything great

Palpable first cup of tea at the highest level. Back to Hartford to continue developing.

He had a nice cup of tea in the NHL and he'll be back sooner rather than later, especially if Del Zotto (finally) gets dealt.

You should see who Greenville has playing for them now with Noreau, Klassen, Marcou and Stamler up.
