Chico likes to accuse players of faking injuries/draw penalties. Benn gets cross checked in the face, in the mouth area with a stick and draws blood.

"Oh, I don't know about that.... I don't know if there was any contact there... oh. Let's take a closer look. Well, maybe there's a little bit of contact...."

Chico is the king of the back-peddle.

Did Fischler just imply that Andy Greene should have been on the US Olympic team?

I always love the astonishment in his voice when he does that.
He must practice it in the mirror.

I don't understand how Stan Fischer is not retired. He's like that uncle you have that's weary of automobiles.

You mean the 6th ranked PP in the league? The Rangers PP is fantastic, weird use of the word "actually" here.

Neither are most of the defensemen they picked.

What Brent Burns is doing, the transition from defenseman to forward. How often is that done successfully? I thought he was going to fall flat on his face trying.

I really only have a big problem with Orpik. Martin is good. Will probably see some PP time.

He has played forward before. I believe he was even drafted as one.

I have no problem with the selection of Martin, but over Byfuglien and Yandle, it's insane.

He was drafted as a forward who could play some defense as wel and was converted to a defender full-time afterwards.

You seem to like Byfuglien a lot more than practically anyone on HF.

Also, amazing forechecking by the Devils at the end of the game. Dallas can't even get out of their zone.

Volchenkov can just knock the net off its moorings to stop a scoring chance.

OK that's cool I guess.
