It would fill up every night with 25 or 30 thousands.

I dont know. At the price tickets are. Like me I go once or twice a year. What happens is the big games are sold out so you have to go watch some not so good opponents. But if there were more seats I'd go see the good opponent and I wouldnt be at the other game. So games against lets say...the panthers for example would probably not be filled to capacity.

Maybe, it depends where the Seats would be added, in the cheap sections or expensive ones...

I would gladly double the 4-5 games I go to each year now. If only I could find more tickets under 30$.

I think up to 30K would be sellouts each game, wether its corporate seats or Molson Ex. After 30K, it would depend on ticket prices.

But I'm pretty sure if we only add another 8727 seats they would only take another 20-25 minutes to sell out more than they do now the day they go on sale.

Fenway Park can hold 36,182, and the Red Sox sell out all of their games. I'm sure Montreal could do the same with the Habs.

8727 x 40 = 349080.
That's alot of tickets to sell... I wouldnt go more often and I can allready go to the games I chose. You can still buy tickets online on game day.

Well if they had more seats they might have my money this season. Stupid seasons tickets sold out in like 2 minutes.

You do realise that what you said makes no sense. Adding them in the expensive sections would just push other sections further up, making them cheaper...

You wouldn't, but I know a lot of people that weren't able to get any tickets this season. I bought a leafs package, and wanted to get a few other games here and there and couldn't find any tickets. Dunno about gameday tickets, as I never check to go the same day, so I can't comment on that.

The only times I've been able to get tickets this year, other than when I got my presale package, are scalpers, the 15th of every month with that Habs promo, and the coke promo where they had tickets reserved for that promo with the specific coupon you got from the 12-pack of cokes.

One of the disadvantages of cheering for a highly popular team. I wanted to take my brother to the Habs/Wild game, but you can't order any pairs of tickets from the website and the one's you find on eBay skyrocket in price.

Only difference is baseball tickets are pretty much dirt cheap. I went to a game this summer in Toronto for $8.

I think the Bell Center could probably sell out with 30,000 seats, but only for important games like Leafs/Habs. I'm not really sure though if there are 30k people that want to go to say, Habs/L.A.

Then again, I don't live in Montreal, so I have no idea whether or not 30k seats is a good idea. Are tickets really hard to get?

If the Bell Centre would hold 30K then the supply/demand thing may mess things up...IMO the Habs could probably sell 24-25K in tickets for their home games, but I think 30k would be pushing it guys...

Seeing as the new added seats would probably be even cheaper than molson ex since they would be so high up, I doubt 30 k every night would be a problem.
