Conroy for Jamie Lundmark and some picks.

I heard this just now on the Fan960.

Should be interesting wether they will put him with Iginla, or let Langkow stay with him. I think that conroy will be on the second line with Huselius...

Depending on what those two drafts pick, good trade for CGY.

depends on what draft picks, but seems like a fine move, although Conroy certainely hasn't played for good so far this year.

I'm surprised Lundmark has any value left at all.

True, but I would think it's safe to say it's not two 1sts

Edit: Honestly, I believe this deal, depending on what's going to the Kings, will really set the tone and the standard for what we'll see as far as deals go from now, until the deadline.

The more I think about it, the more I find this trade weird, Langkow is playing unbelievable hockey, and Lombardi is finally living up to potential, where does this leave Conroy? Centering the third line, maybe even 4th?

It's not official until Eklund reports it after it's already on the Score,TSN and Flames/Kings website

I thought there was some personality or dressing room conflict with Conroy the first time around. Can anyone confirm?

I think they'll let the Tanguay-Langkow-Huselius line be, since it's been working out so well.

Anyone else just excited because theres a sticky thread now with a real trade?

I'll predict a 2nd in 2008 and a 3rd in 2009.

Arguably the Flames biggest weakeness this season has been production from the bottom 2 lines - this should improve that whether it means Conroy on the third, or bumping Lombardi down to that spot.

Will this end any Tucker speculation to Calgary? Or is that still possible?

Good trade for Calgary. What's left of Conroy's contract?

So who plays with Iggy and Conroy? Kobasew? Ritchie? Amonte?

Comrie for Kaigorodov blows this out of the water IMHO.
