No, but a low shooting % combined with a low number of goals scored tells me something.

They both can shoot.

I mean for the love of god, Spezza was in the top 10 for pts or something. He must of put a few goals in somewhere.
i believe he was refering to Vermette and Fisher.
and for the record i agree.

Vermette's shooting percentage is high because he seems to mainly shoot and score on breakaways.
i'm more concerned about Vermette's ability to take a pass than anything else.

Spezza can shoot FOR SURE. He was on pace to double his goal count from last year. Even still he'll beat it and finish 25-30, I'm sure!

That said, I think I'd rather see Eaves stay with the Spezza-Vermette combo. Either that or move Comrie to the wing there and put fisher with Schaefer and Neil like what's worked before. The only reason I don't like that is moving Eaves to the 4th so eves Eaves-Fisher-Schaefer might be worth a look.

Of course, I wouldn't mind seeing Comrie with Alife and Heatley either...

The postive out of all this is that we have lots of possible combinations.

This is more like the Sens that I know.

The negative is that we have lots of possible combinations.

So each one of us will have an amazing new combination of players that is sure to spell success in the event that our team loses.

Vermette-Fisher-Neil
McAmmond-Kelly-Gratts/Schubert/Hamel

I don't really care what the actual lineup is and poor play/good play should have an impact on say... whether an Eaves moves down and a Vermette/Fisher/Kelly move up. But when we're struggling a little bit offensively, I want to see the offensive players get the support they need when they need it.

I disagree with your opinion that eaves has better offensive skills than vermette ...

and someone said vermete and fisher cant shoot?? they one of the better accuracy shooters in the team and brings speed
