I'd love to make fun of the kid, but I'm 30, anonymous, above-average looking at best, and I know how I act when I have a nice-sized pile of post-Afghanistan cash.

If I were 20, super-famous, super good-looking and a multi-millionaire, I'd make Lindsay Lohan look like Kate Middleton and I'd make Charlie Sheen say uncle.

Yes he did.

I am impressed with the professionalism of that backup dancer. He is in the zone with those moves.

Stars fan here:

I wanted to go back on the Pens board and see their GDT for Crosby's 1st NHL game in '05, and while I was there, one of their guys did a scouting report on all of their players.
Here's his scouting report on then Pitt D prospect, Paul BizNasty.

Paul Bissonnette: This guy is just the best! He is the most vocal player I have ever seen on the ice. He is like a conductor on the ice, telling everyone where to go, what to do, etc. When I saw him play 2 years ago with Saginaw, he looked like a man amongst boys; now, he looks like a veteran NHLer, even amongst the other veterans in camp. Has excellent skating ability that allows him to do an excellent job of controlling the gap against oncoming forwards. Makes smart plays with the puck in all 3 zones. Looks amazingly calm out there and doesnít seem to get rattled. Makes incredibly smart plays in the offensive zones: he doesnít pinch in often, but does an excellent job of it when he does do it. Makes the hard low wrist shot from the point every time rather than try to wind up for the big slapper, and this resulted in several good chances and at least one goal. His character is sensational. So far in this camp, he has proven to me that whatever great things he has shown in the past are certainly not by fluke. Iíll be very surprised if he is not a top-3 defenseman and a potential captain or assistant with the Pens long-term, and I donít know how long theyíll be able to keep this guy off the roster. He could play in the NHL right now, IMO. He and Carcillo have easily vaulted their way into top-6 or 8 prospects.

Not bashing Biz, but I thought it was interesting.

Got a DUI in Miami, because he had alcohol, weed, and prescription drugs in his system after he got pulled over for drag racing.

List of songs that should never be played on the radio again:

Demons by Imagine Dragons
Come and Get It by Selena Gomez
Counting Stars by One Republic
Royals by Lorde
Team by Lorde
On that note, literally any other song Lorde has ever performed.

Do stations not know other songs actually exist? Why do they play these songs constantly? They suck. Stop it, radio.

Ugh, I wish it was just them. It's literally every non-classic rock station in the valley, whenever I set the radio to search.

Its not just the Valley. It the same here in Ohio. They seem to loop the same crap over and over and over again. You can also add Pompeii by Bastille to that list. Jesus the radio sucks ass.

When I'm not listening to pandora, I usually listen to azshine, 90.7 or 90.9. I'm sure NOBODY here would listen to that. Haha

Sirius XM is your friend. Granted I only listen to BPM and Area regularly, but so many options and there is no stupid advertisements.

Mine are: 93.3, 97.9, 95.5, 100.7, 103.1, 103.9 plus a few others I forget.

103.1 is owned by a guy who programs the station with his large collection of music for his own personal enjoyment. The guy has run the station commercial free and without promotion for 10 years. More info here.

Last April I was trying to bid on a new FM station for the east side of the Phoenix metro. Unfortunately the price was driven higher than I was comfortable with. I would love to do something like the guy with that station above but unlike him I would have to air advertisements because I don't have a big pile of cash. Without any employees operating cost are at least $4,000 a month and when you add in employees you are quickly having to payout $10,000+ a month. At 10k a month and 5 minutes of commercials an hour I would only have to charge $2 per commercial to break even.
