Cardel is a good facility, but the rink is really warm.
Mt Plesant is pretty decent, but the zamboni guy is really bad. He leaves a pool.
Don Hartmann is a great facility with good ice.
South Fish Creek is another good rink.
Acadia is an okay rink as well.

The Oval has good ice, but I absolutely HATE playing there during the day. With all the skylights they have, you not only deal with terrible lighting conditions, but it gets pretty hot.
Avoid the Corral. Brutal ice and incredibly hot.
Surprisingly, the Dome's ice isn't all that great either. It might have something to do with all the lights, but I found it really soft and now I'm rehabbing an ankel because of it.
Otherwise, South Fish Creek is really good. Not just the ice, but the facility itself.
Father David Bauer also seemed pretty good whenever I've played there. It's also international size, which I prefer.
Father David Bauer is nice.. The Oval and the Saddledome are really hot to play in.
Crowchild Twin arenas and East Twin arenas are good.. I can't really think of a "best" one..
