I'm may be in the minority but I think they should keep Thad. He's only what? 26?

Hawes should go and I would lose any sleep over trading Turner if we got a decent return but I'd keep Thad.

I love Thad. I'm the same with ET. I don't like Hawes one bit.

Can't believe how bad Milwaukee is. They have some decent players too.
Turner doesn't care.....he is going to "get his money" regardless

I think he's not coming back but definitely feel Thad should be back...dude is a throwback player...glue guy. I hope he stays...

The part people don't understand that Thad will most likely opt out of his contract next year. Unless we all of a sudden become a playoff team next year, Thad does not want to be part of the tank/rebuilding process.

Better we get assets now than for nothing next year in which he will most likely leave. Plus we gotta get worse somehow still.

The thing about Turner/Hawes/Young is that they are role players. Thad makes $9 million next year and Hawes and Turner have to be resigned. At the very least they will command $8 million each.

Having $25 million+ committed to three role players is the definition of cap irresponsibility.

4th from the bottom, so far doing a good job, however, Milwaukee running with away with the #1 lottery spot.

I really just want Andrew Wiggins, and a bunch of mock drafts put him at #3, which is really pretty shocking to me. But if they could get Wiggins or Parker, I might actually watch some Sixers games next year seriously, rather than just having them on in the background while I do something else and not really pay attention at all.

Didn't Wiggins just have a game where he grabbed like 17 boards?

edit: 19.

He's not a Hinkie guy. Poor defender. Not an efficient scorer (better than in the past though). He doesn't have a contract for next year.

Their management wanted to make the playoffs too and made moves they thought would push them to the 6-8 seed. They are really bad and turning into a dysfunctional team that looks poorly coached.

The sixers and the jazz are probably the two worst teams that have the brightest future after this draft. Maybe the magic too.

Excited to watch Kevin Durant play against the sixers and hopefully put 40+ on us.

One of my favorite players in the NBA along with Steph Curry.

I would like to see the Thunder win the title one of these years. I would hate for that great roster they put together to go to waste.

I'm with ya on that. I always root for them in the playoffs in the West.

I don't like basketball, but I actually like Kevin Durant. Seems like a class act

I'll be more excited than stressed. I can play various mock draft scenarios in my head.

Nonetheless, if the Celtics or Lakers win the lottery I will be violent.

Same here....

Despise those two teams......

Both do NOT deserve any further generational talents.....

How does NBA work? I know in hockey you can't pick 1 slot lower than your original spot, basically somebody wins the draft and everybody shifts down.

Weighted odds, any team in the lottery could pick in the top 3. You can also stay at your original position or drop 1-3 spots.

If we finish 2nd or 3rd I'm really hoping some team is dumb enough to get caught in the Embiid hype and let Wiggins slip to us. He's the crown jewel of this draft regardless of where he goes.

Yup, exactly how I feel. I want Wiggins on the Sixers. I could see a lot of potential lottery teams who value Embiid over Wiggins including the Bucks, Celtics, and Lakers.

The Sixers seem pretty locked at the 3rd worst record so far.

The Bucks have the worst record wrapped up at this point I'd say.

Magic need Vuc back and they should win more games hopefully.

The Jazz are playing much better basketball with their young core.

The Kings are the Kings...

The Celtics and Lakers look really terrible. The Lakers need Kobe back ASAP. These games against the Celtics this year are gonna be huge for our draft position I can almost guarantee.

Wiggins is still my #1 guy, but there is nothing dumb about the Embiid hype. The guy is a hell of a prospect.

Far from it. 12 games of the next 19 games are against teams with 17 or less wins. Could be a blessing or a curse. A chance to get a little cushion in the tank standings or lose ground.

Trade deadline is in 3 weeks. There are 10 games remaining in that span. This is a huge stretch of games as far as how this whole draft position plays out.

Hope for the best. They still hang in way too many games for my liking. Even though they are losing, it's like 2 or 3 possessions away from being a different result. They rarely quit. 20, 10 point deficits, they always seem to chip away. While that's a good characteristic, it isn't when you are hoping for a tank.
