Just plain Terrible.
I couldn't agree less than I do right now.
I don't know how you knew, but good call.

Nice call, but it is still stupid. Hollweg would have rebounded in this game anyway, sitting him to put in Orr is just stupid.

Seen Moore in the preseason and I thought he shoulda made the team. He was physical and had some good offensive games.

He has 100 total goals in the NHL. And 1 goal in 2 games with minimal icetime for NYC. I don't know if that is great - but it is not that bad....

If he decides to sit Hollweg it is because he is young, without a point or because he wants someone like Orr to add "toughness", or at least that is the how the message is received. He won't get the idea that he is floating or his shifts don't have a purpose or he isn't eleveating his game because why isn't Malik sitting. Why hasn't Hossa sat? Why is Betts on the 2nd line?

Basically there is a long list of players that need a seat well before Hollweg does. Unless you start the list by age, youngest to oldest. Then yeah, he should sit.
I agree. Renney said that he did not like Hollweg's game with the puck, but then how does he like Hossa's 5 points? I mean is Hossa's game with the puck any better than Hollweg? Anytime I saw Hollweg kill penalties, he did no worse than Hossa has. Where is the justification for Hollweg sitting and not Hossa?
