Kristo has been sucking for 12 games before that.

Yeah me neither, Cammalleri, Gallagher, Desharnais and Koivu have always been non factor against the Big Bad Bruins...

Anyway, if Thomas is actually being called up, he should see more minutes than Leblanc and Nattinen, since he's an OFFENSIVE player. Could be nice to see a forward with a decent one timer on our PP for once.

23 years old rookie who plays on one of the worst hockey team in the AHL.

Kristo is nothing to write home about. Neither is Thomas.

Renaud Lavoie ‏@LavoieRenaud 1 min Christian Thomas stayed in Hamilton. Not traveling with the team to Western Canada in case of a call up. #canadiens

3-year difference in their rookie years (20 vs 23).

The more things change the more they stay the same. Habs are becoming a joke with their smallish team.

Trade incoming for sure. Will be called up after Bourque is traded.

That's fine, both players have had different paths during their young careers. One's thing for sure, i can see one being a full time NHL, and one being full time AHL'r. and .500 point pace over 2 seasons is *yawn* defiantly what i don't expect from small player.

But that's just me, call me crazy, i think DD is also a career AHL'r. Guess i'm wrong about alot of things ;D

So we get no one in return for Bourque ?

Thomas is part of the trade. If there is one.

I think the turning point will be once Therrien is fired and replaced by Lefebvre.

The average fan will be so turned off they'll finally stop going to games.

A GM in need of proving he was right in a trade? Why wouldn't you call Andrighetto? Was clearly the most regular forward for the Dogs so far. Not that it means a lot.....

If we have to add a kid in a trade....trade Thomas. Keep Andrighetto.

We all are my friend.

I remember thinking Mathieu Aubin was going to be a Top-6 forward.

I'd hope Thomas is traded rather than Bourque. Maybe we can get something for him instead of him going the way of the Palushaj.

I'm not inclined to think that this is likely to happen, habs fans will still show up pretty much no matter what.

The "stay away to send a message to management" idea might work in some markets, but I dont see montreal as being one of them.

People don't remember late 90's and beginning of 2000....people were NOT always showing up. And in an era where there are so many things to do, and much less money to spent, sorry, but I'm never going to buy that there will always be people for the Habs. Molson better not take the people for granted. I was never missing a game before. ALWAYS had to watch my games live. Not always the case anymore. And even when I do, it's being spent more on the net on this board and other stuff with the game in background then a the real focus of my evening. People changes....and if this team doesn't get going soon with a REAL plan, people will move on.
