Great idea! If anyone heard rumours of replacements, can they be posted as well? Franzén might be replaced with Hörnqvist, Nyquist or Johansson etc. Or Steen or Silfverberg directly accoring to a few evening papers here in Sweden.

It is confirmed that Norway loses Holtet, haven't seen anything regarding replacement. Now Canada, Finland, Latvia, Slovenia, and the US are the only nations to not lose anyone from the original squad. Mikko Koivu and Steven Stamkos might be next to have to withdraw though...

Koivu won't withdraw. He'll play on the broken foot if need be

Blue Jackets confirm Gaborik is out, huge loss for Slovakia. If they lose Visnovsky as well, their outlook is bleak...

He is out. The Islanders won't let him play.

No official confirmation yet, but the inside line says he's to be replaced with Sean Bergenheim.

Scratch that. Apparently it's going to be Sakari Salminen.

Sakari Salminen for Filppula.
Jarkko Immonen for Koivu.

Some of these rosters are desolving rather fast. It's too bad injuries/unavailability seems to be hitting Finland and Slovakia, two countries without a ton of depth, the worst.
