Hopefully he'll be the Luke Schenn in the deal and we'll get the JVR of the trade.

All that dough in the front needs to prove they're worth it by stealing a trade.

he has the flu and was not going to play last game. Paros was clearly going to get the call over him against the bruins, so sending him down till saturday saves a few days worth of cap space.

chill ppl

He's been playing really well. He's not the guy who's gonna score 30 goals but he works his ass off, he has decent speed, and he doesn't give up on plays. I see a bit of Plekanec in him in the way that he has a sort of chippiness to him.

If you were to put a value of Leblanc if the team did give up on him what could the habs get for him?

A 2nd rounder, like when we traded Chouinard to the Flyers. It would be a mistake IMHO. Leblanc is not a gutless diva, Chouinard was.

Like Diaz, why not just play him? Sit Parros and alternate with Bourque and Briere. White needs to come back, too.

Too many signings this summer, at least for now. It may look better if we have injuries.

LL is our next Travis Moen. Habs would be foolish to not give him a contract. LL needs to continue to work hard, be patient and display a great attitude.

Moen has more value and can be sent to a real contender this year, next year or packaged in a larger trade.

LL's maturity and game will take more time to develop but in the end I think he will be a very serviceable player with upside.
