Warg to Skelleftea?
Earlier in the season I heard the speculation surrounding the hill Stefan Warg was heading back to VIK, now hockey blog instead reveal that the player can be ready for Skellefteć. Several informed individuals have indicated that Warg will shortly be presented to Skelleftea, something that sounds very likely because the slopes this season has experienced a tough living in Anaheim's organization. Folded sporting director Niklas Johansson will now look for new options. Twitter @ VLThockey & # VLThockey
In 21 Games with the Norfolk Admirals he has 1 assist, -1
In 3 Games with the Utah Grizzlies he has 2 assists, -1
He was drafted 2008 round 5 #143 overall by Anaheim Ducks

Everyone gets a last chance to pick him up to prevent the buy out. If he doesn't get claimed the Ducks can buy his contract out.

Weird that they are buying him out rather then just loaning him to Europe next year. Wonder if they needed to clear a contract for an upcoming trade.

He is not on "Buy-Out" waivers. A player cannot be bought out during the season. There are only two windows wheer Buy-Outs are permitted - between the end of the Cup final and June 30 and a second 48 hr window after a teams final arbitration case is settled.

He is either on Unconditional Waivers if Ducks and Warg have mutually agreed to terminate his contract, or Regular Waivers if the Ducks are loaning him to a Euro team.

If that were true, I guess the assumption is he will get paid more in Europe than the middling 2-way salary?

Because I would guess he's on unconditional because that's probably what would be meant by "buy out" waivers from the first tweet.
