Do you get tossed every game? haha

Here you get three penalties and you're out.

Ive been thinking of doing this for sometime now. Just kinda want to make it perfect.

I want to rent out my local ice rink. The reason that it has to be an ideal situation is because its going to be just for me lol. Well, me and maybe a couple of friends and possibly a goalie.

The hour session will be dedicated to pure hockey training.

Power Skating
Shooting
Stick Handling
Real Game situations
Faceoffs - one timers - board play.

I might even get two hours for price of one, one is quite expensive.
Always thought it be fun.

Id have to schedule the timing to make the most out of my time.

Probably show up 15 minutes earlier to warm up. Dynamic Stretches.
Basic skating warm ups.
Figure 8 drills.
Start using the puck

Put crazy obstacles in my way to mimic real game situations.

Thought it be real fun to do it cuz I never have before.

Last night my coach put me at Center for the entire game. We had 3 pairs of wings and 2 centers for the game, so I was dead tired by the end. We won 6-3, and I had an okay game, putting up 2A. I also had a top corner wide open, but I hit the crossbar .

I made some dumb plays, but I think it's because I wasn't thinking very clearly due to my low endurance. Once I get back into the gym I'll be a much better center.

Also, I won zero faceoffs. I have no idea what I'm doing on the dot

Played my first ever game! We lost 4-3, but I got a goal and an assist. Need to work on my skating but my positioning was decent.... had such a blast!

Whelp sitting in the ER right now waiting to get looked at after taking a high stick from someone swatting at a puck.

At least on of my teeth is split in half and another is loose plus a 2 inch gash on my bottom lip both inside and out.

Played our best all-around game last night and won, 5-3. Assisted on our last goal, and wasn't on the ice for any goals against. Forwards did a great job backchecking.

Last night I switched back to my less bulky elbows and shins (6 year old ccm supras) and felt so much quicker and more maneuverable out on the ice (was using DR Sonic 80 elbows and shins). Put up 1 goal and 1 assist in our 9-3 win.

Played my first ice game with my bro in over a year. We always played together growing up, but he went off to play semi pro while I stayed back and held down the beer league front

We were both a bit rusty to begin with, not having skated in over a month. We finally knocked off the rust in time to combine for a game tying goal with 11 seconds left. I found him for the 1 timer with the goalie pulled.

Looking forward to playing more hockey with my favorite line mate

Played pond hockey with a couple of AAA kids today and held my own. Just transitioned about 3 months ago after playing competitive roller for the last 11 years.

Today I was at evaluations for the inline league I'm going to be playing in over the next few months. Did alright - not the best, nor the worst.

Everyone signs up as an individual and gets assigned a team, so just waiting to see who I get placed with now. Already looking forward to the first game!

Made a new game to make shooting practice fun; hit my nephews with a tennis ball while they slide down the banister. It's good practice lifting my shot and being quick about it.

5-4 loss (2a for me). We only had 1 sub to work with. Game winner came on a 2-man advantage and we had a goal called back. Not a good game of bounces for us, that's for sure!

No game today because of the Super Bowl. Lame I'd rather play hockey than watch football.

Today, our team won 5-0 again. Still undefeated. Had a hat trick of snipes today. Went from 2 goals in 15 games to 5 goals in 16 games. Feels good to score again.

That's usually how our league is too, but today was a first! Too bad half the team missed it and we had 1 sub to roll against a stacked team though
