I have a feeling that Dawes and a D man will be moved at the deadline

Malik must go well before Rachunek.

Malik will be harder to move, considering he makes more money and still has one more year.

Yeah I guess, I'm suprised there was no "he'll be good for us" though. I guess maybe the loss is still too fresh, to complement the new guy.

I hope not. I've spoken with Nigels father numerous times and Nigel is really excited to be a NYR. I'll be extremely pissed off if we trade him.

Probably. I REALLY like Dawes so I hope not. There's allot of players I'd rather see go but hey if Dawes brings us someone thats ready for the NHL and will make a big enough impact right now, then I'm down!

Rachunek just doesn't seem to be able to cut it as an NHL regular. He is not terrible, but he seems to get caught out of position at least two times a game. I believe he is a free agent this season, and I would imagine the Rangers are going to let him walk, to make room for Staal. At least I hope.

TERRIBLE PLAY BY HANK. ***

They were not skating and got lucky in the 2nd. They did not put the wings away and now they will pay. If they don't start playing smart they're gonna blow this.

I still think he's a Prucha-like clone. They've got to be brothers...okay maybe not

Henke's had too many careless moments like that this year. I think he might need a fire under his ass. I wouldn't be against bringing up Montoya, just to pose a bit of a challenge and get his competitive juices going again.
