I think NYG are in a real crap spot at #12.

Too low for the top tier of talent even if all the QBs go.

Reese needs to trade up or trade back. Hopefully he gets good value at one or the other.

Nice list of targets tho.

UFA is gonna have a MAJOR impact on the NYG draft(especially rd1) IMO.
Easley is coming off of a torn ACL at the end of his season. He has no value before, at minimum, the 4th round. He's projected into the 7th in a number of mocks.

Watkins is pretty much a consensus 4th/5th round pick.

He needs to sit tight and take Ebron. Or trade back a pick or two at the most. Ebron is a top 5 talent who plays a position that isn't ever drafted in the top 5.

I can't see him picked before 15.

I can. Giants are targeting him heavily. Especially with McAdoo here, now. They will spend either a first or a second round pick on a TE, I'd bet. Thinking 1st with Ebron.

I've seen numerous mocks with him gone before 15.

He's expected to approach Vernon David type combine #'s.

Please don't take Ebron. The Jets will be more than happy with him at the #18 spot .

And Giants are a good bet to take him, I just think they'll trade down 3-4 spots to do so.

If they want him, I think they take him at 12. The Giants don't like to risk getting the player they want (i.e. Pugh).

Could be right... but they also have more holes to fill than draft picks.

If moving back down to the 16 spot gets them an additional 3rd... AND gets them Ebron (albeit maybe some scary moments before hand with teams that may also want him), I think its the wiser management call.

Oakland got a 3rd round pick and they dropped from 3 to 12.

Mid round picks are worth a lot more than we as common fans think. The "chart" that us commoners use as a bible is so terribly off-base according to almost every actual football mind.

Well, they will be working on the line via FA, for sure. I see one OL in the draft and two via FA.

They need a RB, a TE, an OL, and a CB for sure in the draft.

The Giants will not risk a player that they want in the draft by moving down. That is not their philosophy and never has been.

Evans really solidified his position in the top 15.

Damn. Wanted Jets to pick him.

Lee, on the other hand, is slipping. I think he'll be a steal wherever he falls (probably Jets).

The only thing keeping Clowney in the top 3 right now is that ridiculous 40 time.

He didn't impress with benching and he had another mental episode apparently.

I think Evans will go too 10.

Personally I like OBJ better overall.

Clowneys tape keeps him top 3. He is perhaps the most talented football player in the past 10 years. He has everything you want in a prospect.

Worst case scenario he doesn't try and he is still a 7+ sack a year player

Probably not if he goes to the Jaguars...

He's a generational talent who at the minimum will have to make sure he gets paid on his 2nd contract.

As for Clowney having a bad combine. He put up just about the same numbers as Von miller. With 3" inches of height and 20 more pounds.

Von miller is one of the best players in the league and went 2nd overall

How can we take a TE when our OL is in shambles? I also know nothing about Ebron could he be a game changer/miss match nightmare for teams?

Eh. I think NYR have bigger needs at the C position and at RD than at OL.

I'd LOVE to see the Jets go after Worilds. We've needed a OLB for awhile, and he's a stud. If we could get him for 6-7M a year, I'd be all about it.

Stay away from WRs in free agency. Too stacked a draft class.

Sign Worilds and Asamoah.

Inject some life into the offensive side of the ball and at safety and we're good to go.

1. Ebron
2. Davante Adams
3a. Ed Reynolds
3b. Jarvis Landry
4. De'Anthony Thomas

Would be a phenomenal start to the draft. Allows us to use our two 5ths, four 6ths, and 7th on BPA. Maybe snag Lyerla and Van Der Kamp with two of those picks.

You take BPA. And Ebron is an absolute gamechanger. I'm hoping we have a choice between him and Taylor Lewan
