It's obvious I haven't been around long enough to see how things really could be around here, but it's certainly difficult for us this year especially with renewals coming up.

I imagine a lot of the STH's who have been on board for more than a few years will remain but those who are new, probably won't renew. Who knows, we'll have to wait and see, the team has played better as of late but the fact that they can't win at home is pretty amazing.
i dont envy your job right now...who knows you might be giving me a call soon . you just gotta see that your calling ticket holders who just threw down 2000 dollars a seat to watch this crap and now your asking them to do it again. hey if they dont want the tickets, better seats for me next year

The puck came to the side of the net and then into the crease, where a Wing beat the Ranger defenseman to the puck and tapped it into the net. Instead of diving to the crease, Henke made a weak effort and never even got back to the crease.

I've roasted Rozsival and Malik on these boards for the same kind of play, getting beat and not hustling back when it's a 2 on 1, because you never know what might happen.

Keep in mind I made the comments about Henke in the context that with all he's done for the team the last year and a half, he deserves a mulligan for playing poorly last night.

It seems like every bad goal Henke gives up beats us, because his teammates almost never bail him out and respond by getting one back for him.

I freakin love thoose comments hockeybasednyc posted!

For NYR, can you guys belive it? We are a little cocky for a first time in a really long time.

I've gone three years without a avtar, now I have to think about it. A win tonight might seal the deal!

The whole team just stopped playing last night. They tried to sit on the 2 goal lead and then when it was 3 - 2 forget about it... I just knew that it was all over.

All I have to say is this... If this is Henke's version of a sophomore slump, I'll take it. Because really his numbers aren't horrible, sure they aren't last year but lets face it, if his numbers were like this last year we'd probably be in the same boat.

I think that's the right link. Jagr is going to play according to that page, which is pretty truthful

so I say LET'S GO RANGERS!!!!
I want to see the line up tonight, I would actually be interested to see if Avery and Shanahan are put together since they know each other there could be some instant chemistry maybe????

Avery should take Marty out & then maybe we'll have a chance to win.

Great we have to listen to those dumb Chico comments on Marty Maybe ill have the game on mute. Emrick at least is honest.
Usually that means for cablevision people you just have to go to the channel that normally shows the tv listings, for me its channel 14, and the game will be on that channel.

It's not just those teams fans, almost every teams fans comes here to read. This is NY, we have alot of writers/opinions and our whole cast of colorful characters - led by Irwin P Fletcher himself

Seriously, most of the other teams fans comes here when we're playing that team. But yeah, our board is one of the most popular on HF, so we'll always have our 'audience'

Is there any hit counters on each board to see what kind of traffic each one gets during the week?

It would be really interesting to see the stats of this board compared to others. Forget just the posts, the viewing is probably through the roof throughout the day.

Years ago some site 'stats' were posted, but that was awhile ago.

I would contact one of the admins, they'll be able to help ya.

That is a digital broadcast and the difference in the audio is astounding. A must if you feed your sound through home theater.

Once again, great find KH35.
