SI Article on James Dolan

We all new he was a bad owner. Now we learn that he's a mentally unstable, autocratic dry drunk. Read this SI Article. This man is the one running our franchise???

**** Dolan. I mean at least he's willing to spend money, but he's still pretty clueless as an owner.

Someone earlier linked to his "band's" website. Good for a laugh.

Good article. As usual, no one cares about hockey.

The whole thing sounds very familiar. Like a cross between 1980's George Steinbrenner and a short version of a wannabe Tony Soprano.

wow thats a GREAT article

Quote:
"They're more paranoid about what's written in a 50-cent newspaper than they are about handing out $5 million a year to somebody who can't play," one former high-ranking Garden official says of Dolan's staff. "Winning the media game is more important than winning the game."
that says it all

dolan comes off as a giant ***** and blatantly abuses his position especially toward those that aren't recognizable figures.. i like how that guy quit his job after dolan's extremely irrational blow up

anyway i'm glad i stayed up pretty much a half hour to read that article.. well worth it

it seems as though some of them still are employed by msg

and sure he found people that disliked dolan, but none of what they said could be misconstrued for anything other than what it was

even if dolan had a super amazing good side, which the article does show, it would still be overshadowed by his character flaws
