My favorite quote by Wright:
''He's from way up north — that's how they eat up there, I guess,'' Wright said. ''That's why I was snapping. What am I supposed to do when a guy is biting me? That's ridiculous. I've never been associated with anything like that in my life.''
I'd love to bash the blue jackets in fact it's one of my favorite things to do but I don't think you can justify Wright being a wuss. If anything He has the heart I wish some of our players would get. He's fought Peter Worrel not exactly something a wuss would do

He's not a wuss, but he is a crybaby. There is less evidence to support he was bitten than there is evidence to support he wasn't. He's a scapper, why didn't he go after Toots?
I like it GoPierreHedin, good call, you're welcome anytime to come in here and chat, when the Leafs aren't playing, good luck tonight with the Senators.
Originally in the article
Trotz implied Wright should have settled his differences with Tootoo by fighting him. ''I wouldn't know (what happened),'' Trotz said. ''If Tyler doesn't like (Tootoo), then give him a dance card and let him go.''
This is my favorite part of the article. And I totally agree. If you got a problem with it, take care of it. If he kicks you in the balls with his skate, dont just whine to the media about it after the game, do something about.

Rarely does Tyler fight.
Smokey, you were right about being a scrapper, but he is NOT a fighter.

Because there's a good chance lil' "Toots" would run away, or not take off his visor.
You never know what Tootoo might do, he might have rejected Wright to his face then jump him while Wright is going back his bench.
What do you mean? In a fight? For the player that instagates the fight, it's pretty obivious he's going to get the first few shots on, if he doesn't then he shouldn't be fighting in the first place. As far as "late hits" go, once both players are on the ice, the fight is over and no punches should be thrown.
For me, I prefer when the players square off. Both players are on equal footing and both players know the other wants to fight. After getting hit and a player pushes the other way, that doesn't automatically mean he wants to fight. Tootoo seems to have a problem understanding that.
So you know Iggy started the fight with Tootoo right? That's what kills me, he went looking for a fight then acted shocked Tootoo jumped on him.
From what I've read here, it sounded like once they both hit the ice, Tootoo nailed Iggy with a punch...sounds like a no-no to me. Is that how it happened?
He wasn't on the ice but the refs had just come between them, it was a little late but nothing that doesn't happen in 6 out of 10 fights. If it wasn't Tootoo it wouldn't had been an issue.
I respect Wright's heart, but don't take anything away from our team. This team has the most heart of any Preds lineup since year 1, and I think that's pretty damn obvious from our current standing in the conference.

If you think that happens alot...eh...it's not worth my time.
When I said wuss I meant more like a crybaby. I don't care wether or not he will drop the gloves. The point is that he got whipped and then made some excuses. What he said was classless and he deserves tootoo to smash him next game we play.
