Spezza's injury

Alright, this may have been a half asleep at 4 in the morning type of thing, but I swear I saw on the Score that Spezza has a dislocated kneecap and is out indefinately. Can anyone confirm my tired findings?

I can't confirm, because I'm not a doctor, but the Ottawa Sun had the same report. The Sun also said that he will be re-evaluated soon.

How Nolans crosscheck on Spezza goes uncalled is beyond me. I can't believe how filthy the leafs are - Domi being the utmost unclassiest player in the league to send haymakers at Van Allen, Belfour the lumberjack, Nolan, McCabe and even Roberts. I thought Roberts was a generally classy, workhorse type player who goes full out all the time... I didn't realize that he was prone to the cheap work as well.

The Sens were simply beat up last night. Legal or Illegal, the Leafs were called for most of it - the bottom line is when push came to shove we couldn't compete. Our bread and butter powerplay could not penetrate their seemingly stifling penalty kill, all credit to the Leafs for holding us off.

Simply because teams like Toronto, Philly, Boston are in our division is reason enough for us to stock up on some toughness.

Ya then I guess on that theory Alfredson drilling tucker from behind in the playoffs that led to Alfreddson scoring a couple seconds later a winning the game for ottawa should have been called to then. That play looked alot worse then nolan's was yesturday which was not a hit from behind

So you never saw him in a Flames jersey before?

And who was? Look who's calling the kettle black. I know what type of player Van Allen is, and I can tell you that he's not a stickwork specialist. He got his arms up, as did Domi, when Domi was doing his 30PIM special as time ran out. First thing Domi did was haymake Van Allens faceguard. Real classy. Someone tell Domi that if Belfour keeps hacking away at everyones legs all night, then he's going to get what he deserves. To go after Van Allen for such allegations is ridiculous, Van Allen is not a goalie hunter. I wish someone would run Belfour and take him out of his misery, but alas not on this Sens team.

Who's saying it was a hit from behind? It was a blatent crosscheck which sent our star young player forward into the boards, injuried. And of course here we go with the Alfie/Tucker incident... Typical.

Could you elaborate on how I "clearly don't know what I'm talking about" instead of using personal attacks about where I come from?

edit: What's with all this coke innuendo? I remember a while back you to a slice at me about the same thing. Bad experience in the S-T-Dot or what? I don't get it.

The trolls sure do come out after a victory, funny thing is that after a loss they are nowhere to be found for weeks. Keep up the good work trollers.
