Panthers shut out Canadiens!

Wonder if I was the only Sens fan who was tuning in to the game with the hopes that the Panthers hand it to the Canadiens. Hope they're nice and tired for tomorrow's game though .

Very few things would satisfy me more than seeing the Habs lose all of their games during Emery's suspension while the Sens win all 3.

One game for being a scary guy who got into fights in the minors and junior, and just might go completely nuts and kill a bunch of guys at any moment.
One game for eating a cockroach, having a bunch of tatts, rolling in a pimped-out hummer, and wearing white after Labour Day.
Could be...
I'm pretty sure one of those games was for being black.

(I think I'm kidding)

No you weren't the only one.

The Islanders beat the Leafs in a shoot out too!

A pretty good night for the Senators

...

if it was up to me i would also suspended emery ... heck i wouldve even suspended ovekchin ...

i would even suspend sakic for doing this .. even if its on brashear face

everyone should be treated equally and these calls should be consistant!!

what everyone needs to understand is that this is just a game and thats what it is .. you cant just go on slashing other player faces and pushing them into the boards head first .. i just cant believe these things are even allowed in a professional sporting league

do we really have to learn the hard way when someone loses his eye or worse die?

Yep,I was watching and here's how it stands:

Eastern Team GR PTS
1. Buffalo * 25 80
2. New Jersey * 26 74
3. Atlanta * 23 69
4. Pittsburgh 27 67
5. Ottawa 25 67
6. Tampa Bay 25 64
7. Montreal 24 64
8. Carolina 24 63

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

9. Toronto 25 62
10. NY Islanders 25 62

And Calgary's up on Atlanta 3-0 after the first. Go Flames!!!

Grrr!!! Jersey still has a game in hand and Pittsburgh has two. At least we've got one game on both Montreal and Carolina and we'll have three on Atlanta after tonight's game.

I admit there is a certain satisfaction seeing the so-called "most storied franchise in sport, ever", as they like to say, fall down.

Well Boston beat them 3-0 and we've been beating Boston lately. Keeping fingers crossed.

Calgary beating Atlanta 4-1 now.
