I'm glad to see Slater back in the line up. Why no Halischuk though? A 4th line of Halischuk-Slater-Wright would be nice.

It's also curious that Postma is the odd D-man out.

There's a typo in the game rosters. (Ribiero in place of Bibiero.)

I'll be there with my Jets Poncho!! Go Jets Go!!

It might not be "The" reason, but I believe if Halischuk gets taken off the IR right now it puts the Jets one person over the 23 man limit (since Kane and Slater are off). And I don't think anyone on the current 23 man is waiver exempt.

I don't know how long they can leave him on the IR though if he is healthy as per the CBA though (anyone?). Because what they might do, is keep him on the IR until the TD, because at that point the roster limit is no longer 23.

Clearly it was my pro Slater posts. Should have been more clear re: Wright though

Hopefully Pav will stand on his head tonight. I know how you feel regarding jerseys. There were times early in the season thar I couldn't bear to put my Bogosian on.

I just got my authentic I bought in the inaugural season branded with the troubs. I expect, and hope, to never feel that way ever. Took me three years to make a decision

Actually, I think I remember hearing something like this on the radio. Sucks for Halischuk right now to have to wait another week before he gets to play.

It is fine to boo Smith. Not fine to suggest his contribution to team Canada was not appreciated.

What a difference Kane and Slats in over Tangradi and Peluso. Once Hali is back I really like your fourth line and the Jets finally look to have a fourth line that can take on a few more minutes.

I posted this elsewhere, but what's better than a team with one Ollie? Well a team of nothing but Ollie's.

Creepy and fun!

It makes it even creepier/cute in a way when you see the original picture and realize the guy Olli is staring at is Teemu. True love.

I just saw Kane downtown looking sharp haha. I stared at him for well over a minute so I'm glad he didn't look over at me. Would've been creepy for him lol.

Gameday!!!
Great to be back. Hoping, but not expecting "A-games" just yet from everybody. Mainly because I didn't really do any hf BDT post training over the break.

The Jets on the otherhand?

2 points in a 4 point game isn't too much to ask for is it?

LOVE how happy and excited this board is for a late february game. If you would of told me after that Columbus loss that we would be itching for the Olympics to end so we could continue out playoff push? I would of laughed.

T minus 2 hours!
