Boucher defensive player of the week

nhl.com
Phoenix Coyotes goaltender Brian Boucher, who established NHL modern-day records for consecutive shutouts (five) and longest shutout sequence (325:45), has been named the League's top defensive player for the second consecutive week. Boucher posted a 2-0-1 record, 0.32 goals-against average and two shutouts in three appearances, extending his unbeaten streak to 10 games (6-0-4) since Dec. 4.

So Boucher has set an unbelievable- near unbreakable- record, was named two times in a row defender of the week and he doesn't win the defensive player of the month award for January? Surprising...

Thanks PSG. I agree with you.. Boucher deserved it.

How come you're a PSG fan and live in London? Mind you there seems to be a French colony at Arsenal...

Redden from the sens. He has played tremendously, I am not arguing that point.
But did his performances have entered NHL history?

Well, there is a French colony in London. Some become fan of the local teams, other stays with their hometown one.

AaaaaaH! tough question there! All the usual suspects are still in the competition: Manchester United, Arsenal, Real Madrid, Juventus and AC Milan. Right now I wouldn't bet against AC Milan who is last year winner.
As for the stanley cup, it is more or less always the team with the best defense who wins and I think they have one the best defensive organisation in europe right now. So solid!
