Our forwards are too small...out coached again. Horrible passing.

Our forwards are watching the play and aren't involved, which often leads to PK doing too much. That doesn't take any blame off of him but he doesn't get support so he just skates into a wall of defenders at the blueline. Therrien has this team playing so ****ing predictable.

How do you not call a time out at the 2 minute mark to give Markov and Subban a breather so they can go back on the ice?!

Why would you not put your best offensive players on the ice (Pleknanec, Galchenyuk, Gallagher and Pacioretty) when you desperately need a goal to tie up the game.

This is the most hillarious thing of all time. Thumb tacks, tables chairs. Two guys seizing up on the ground.

I love the anti-Eller crowd. The guy is the least of our problems holy ****. Give him some decent teammates and MAYBE he'll start racking up points so the haters shut up.

Markov was terrible tonight. No execution. Flubbed passes. Mishandled pass reception. His skating was looking more problematic than usual. Bad game to forget for him

To me it would imply it was not just about tonight.

Anyway doesn't really matter
The team IS pretty good defensively. They're 1st in the league in shotblocks and I believe somewhere in the top ten for least goals against. Yes, Price is a massive part of that but I'm still counting Price as part of our defensive game. The real issue that needs to be addressed is GOAL SCORING.

Honestly... Both Tinordi and Beaulieu are NHL ready. Time to ship Markov out ( LA?) and get a nice return for him, one that includes a sniper. Then bring Beaulieu back and he can play the point with Subban on the PP and he will develop nicely

LOL OUR WORST FORWARD? What did Bourque, White, Weise, Gionta, Briere and Moen exactly do better than Eller this game? Oh yeah he got one BS penalty

tinordi played really well apart from that turnover in the 3rd. subban was typical subban, its getting to a point where i expect him to turn the puck over and make terrible passes every time hes on the ice. he panics so much when he has the puck

Don't over analyze this. Tight road game between 2 defensive teams , one is slightly better. People are screaming like they lost 8-1.

Like I said in the other thread... maybe he's not the 2nd line player he looked like he was last season. But we've done everything in our power to ensure that he fails.

One thing for him to fail on his own. But for us to basically help him to fail... that's the problem I have here. MT should be shot for what he's done to this team.

Purposely played bad in front of the Kings to shut down the trade rumors that they are trying to trade for him

Block shots just means you don't have the puck. While a necessity it shouldn't be your defensive game plan like it is Montreals

And the pro-Ellers, like you, are as bad. Eller was atrocious tonight with his turnovers and it had nothing to do with his teammates.

He had some good plays defensively and got a legit scoring chance, that's more than 85% of our team tonight

Atrocious is what White was tonight (**** coverage on the PK, terrible penalty, absolutely nothing going in the offensive zone and constantly spending time in his own end). He had a good scoring chance in the first and Bourque kills every single play when the puck hits his stick. Eller also made a key play in the third when Murray and Tinordi were running around like a bunch of headless chickens and obviously tired (they had been on the ice for 2 minutes) and decided to keep the puck and wait for them to line-change rather than dumping it like a ******.
