Carbo's demeanour

Is it just me or has Carbo turned it down a notch? He seems more relaxed and behind the bench he isn't quite as animated with the officials.

I hope that is the case. With the knowledge he has to pass on to his players, it would be a shame if he let too much emotion get the best of him.

No, it's not just you. I think his demeanor has changed a little.

I hope he's realized he overreacted/overcoached during the first 12 or so games after Christmas.

you are right, he seems to have calmed down, but I think the damage is done...

Yes, seems to have calmed down lately,good to see. Might end up being a good coach if he controls his temper towards the refs and the players. Plenty of hockey smarts.

Somebody obivously gave himn some pointers. From here on end, I suspect Gainey will be pulling a lot more strings in the background and guiding him through.
