Carbonneau, followed closely by Koivu.

Gainey can't be held responsible for the question that was asked, but he should be held responsible should the team not improve this offseason.

Gainey since he's the one who brought the coaching staff and most of the players in.

The so-called top six forwards, for their incompetence at putting the puck in the net.

I'm not comfortable picking a single scapegoat. So I voted for the refs basically as a protest vote.

The best players are not producing except for Souray
Koivu, Ryder, Higgins, Kovalev, Samsonov need to be producing for the habs to do something. They are the main reason along with Carbos garbage

Since it's a team game...I would say make them all scape goats, instead of picking just one player.

Its more then one or two players fault, this poll is flawed.

I'd put in Kovalev because not only he's not scoring since December 23rd, he's not scoring since the beginning of the season. Why would guys like Ryder, Samsonov & co work hard if a guy like Kovy, who gets paid 4.5M$, se pogne le cul?

Oh and I'd blame the refs too. They're racist.

The point was to isolate who, in the eyes of fans, is MOST responsible. The poll question was meant to convey that it's pretty much everyone's fault, at least everyone on that list to some degree.

I actually agree that it's a team collapse. But you can't fire the team or trade everyone. The poll was to get an idea of who, in the eyes of fans, should have made the biggest positive difference, and by extension, who's departure this season/off-season would help the most for next year.

Ryder; I hate the d*mn wiper move he tries to do when confronted to a defenseman that consists to try to jump on the side will switching side of his stick through the air like a wiper; only Grabovsky could do those kind of tricks.

Anyone else get annoyed when Souray intentionally misses the puck and then makes a play in the other direction? I think it looks so stupid.
