Jersey colors - for logo design

One of the teams in our league is having a logo designer draw up their new logo. They will be using the Buffalo 3rd jersey colors (Reebok Edge 113T (2010)).

The designer asked the exact colors used.. and i have no sweet idea.
Do any of you know (or know where i could find the info)?
I know there's white, yellow, dark blue (or navy).. but i think he wants the correct names/info.

Thanks in advance

The Designer is likely looking for Pantone colors
there are a few he can look through. the colors barely differ:

Yellows:
Pantone 1235
Pantone 123

Blues:
Pantone 282
Pantone 281

Red
Pantone 186

Silver Pantone 877

Will PM you also. These are from a Vector based logo.

I'm looking for actual Pantone codes, for example "Pantone 186 C".

After doing a little bit of research it seems that the National Hockey League has them copyrighted and has made it illegal to give them away, so it looks I may have to guess or go to RGB/CMYK.

Thanks for your help guys.
