Call him up twice!

Looking at the score sheet on theahl.com--either shots haven't been updated or he scored 2 goals but only had one shot. That's not possible, right?

Two goals for Jarnkrok. One of the few players not in a third period fight. Two for Sissons, two for Tousi, a 8-3 win!

Somebody from Rockford better get suspended. Cehlin was injured with 6.5 minutes remaining and no call by the refs. Moser went off the ice and didn't come back. That led to a fistful of fights. Mark Lemelin grabbed the Rockford goalie Kent Simpson to prevent a fight between him and Mazanecs. That would have been the second goalie fight of the year.

That was crazy. I have to say that was one of the wildest endings to a game that I have seen in some time. Total of 108 Penalty minutes.

Not bad for his first game: 2 goals, one of which was shorthanded AND unassisted. And he was named 1st star of the game.

Posted it in the minor league thread but Admirals Roundtable is saying Cehlin and Moser are both expected to be out long term.

Suspend Mills, Shea and Coach Ted Dent. Rockford has no regard for the rules!

Great debut! Forsberg didn't get a goal? Trade him.

With the addition of Jarnkrok, Admirals are guaranteed a playoff spot.
Thats quite a formidable team they have now.

that was exactly my thought… we have a team full of set up men and no finishers… maybe this kid is the answer

Id like to see him, Forsberg and Sissons all back up here for the last 10-15 games once it is truly clear that we have no shot at the playoffs

and of course that is the drawback to bringing them up now… they would miss the chance to play in the AHL playoffs...

Leave them in Milwaukee cause they could make a run for the cup there and that would be a better experience for them IMO. I mean the Ads defensive depth needs some work but other than that the team is stacked. I see us using a lot of mid round picks on d-men next season, maybe our 2nd rounder to re-stack the system.

Ah but was he defensively responsible? Does he have "detail" in his game?

Awesome to see a real goal scorer.

I saw the highlights that the Ads put on facebook and what a treat to watch. Looks like the game had everything. And Calle's goals were delicious.

wings fan here, im getting more excited about this kid for you guys than i was for us

He'll be great. You guys have deserved a great offensive player for a long time; Calle will be a great 65-75pt 2way center.
