sadly, at 4,5 mill for 2 more years, nobody will take that problem off our hands ; not at that price ! So he stays.

Quite a lot of wild conclusions, no?
It's called an hypothesis, and yes, it is the way you can build it.

An other hypothesis: Souray said to Kovalev he wasn't playing well, Kovalev started crying, saying first it was because of its upper body injury, and finally said it was it's arm. Souray took Kovalev in its arms, let him put its head on his shoulder, and told him quietly: «You know Alexei, you ask yourself too much. Maybe you should take a three week rest.» And Kovalev admit it was probably the best thing to do.

Yes, this is an other hypothesis..... but I find mine more sexy.

A scorer? We have a D man that has 53% more goals than Kovalev. Want to see it an other way? Kovalev has 3 more goals than Mike Ribeiro!!! Kovalev is a great player when he is not the best player on the roster.

Anyway, the question isn't if you wish or not to see Kovalev go but if you think or not he will go.

I can see MTL doing it to make salary cap room....but why the hell would St.Louis do this, when they are rebuilding?

You want to know where he's gonna land ?

He's a pilot, right ? He should know where to land. Hopefully for him, it won't be an emergency landing.

First of all he will not go. Second of all he is our clutchest performer, injuries have slowed him down this year, last year he had close to a ppg (65pts in 69GP) and he will be there at key times.

Pretty obvious the fans overwhelmingly feel Kovalev is staying, my opinion as well, might as well just end this thread now. What's the point of asking where he's going when (almost) everyone knows he's staying?

I can't believe you just compared Kovalev to Ribeiro...

Well, you can't campare him with players who have now reached over 20 goals this season.

I hope he lands somewhere. I don't have the patience for him on Montreal anymore.

He's back in the line-up the night before trading deadline... hmmm, how interresting. Could somebody want to see what he still can do before acquiring him ? Don't burst my bubble til tuesday, dreaming is an affordable way to make myself feel better...

I hope he's aware that he's gonna be booed viciously if he doesn't light up the place in his first few shifts. He better have his game face on

Personnally, I've grown sick of his act and want him out for good

Looks like I am not the only one who feels this way. I posted this in a different thread and I was told I was stirring up trouble.

Well Gainey has showed that if he is presented with a good deal for a player that is not a part of the teams future plans, he will take it.
