The Rangers are retiring Richter's number tonight. Not sure if that will have an effect on the game or not.
Wild are coming off a terribly fun win against the Blues, and the Rangers hope to start a winning streak after beating the Canucks on Monday. Last time the teams met it ended 5-3 for the Wild. Sounds like Zyuzin and Brown are still out. (Brown expects to return after the All-Star break, I believe.)
No TV locally, unless you've got center ice.
Should be interesting to find out which Rangers team shows up, as well as which Wild team. It could be a good game, if both teams carry a little momentum off their last wins into it.
Nice way to head into the break. I think we took advantage of some weak D tonight; the game would've gone the other way had the Rangers played a tighter game, IMO. Great to see Gabby get a nice rocket of a goal.
Here's to carrying some momentum into the end of the season. String a couple of wins together and I'll eat crow for saying we were pretty much done earlier. (Although the rest of our schedule isn't exactly a walk in the park.)
