Well, every team we play now will hate the hell out of us. But hey, when we're this desperate Avery becomes the soul of this team. I thought I'd never say that

We could stand to thin some of this herd, couldn't we? Seriously though, we'd be crying bloody murder if he were playing against us. It's like having Mustard gas on skates.

as for the cry faces, what happened tonight was overblown, and i could care less, wins are wins. nice try.

I don't care if other players hate him. I watch the Rangers to be entertained, and theyve done a much better job of that since he got here.

Please he's not as dirty as people make him out to be. I think it's just a fad to hate him right now. Most of the time he doesn't even start trouble, it's just that people EXPECT him to do something stupid and are ultra sensitive around him (case in point Brodeur today).

The irony here is that this is coming from fan's from a team whom many believe was captained by one of the dirtiest players of our time... and they think he was so great, they retired his number!

Yeah, so that makes a whole lot of sense.

The man who represents every netminder in the league (that includes Lundqvist by the way), and is the most outspoken about the position is a "little girl".

I'm not saying I agree or disagree, I'm just pointing out that Steven's has that stigma.

Never in my life have I seen a single player spark so much back and forth crap from other teams fans... It's GREAT!

As long as you're going to have Avery, I think it's very important for you to find a legit heavyweight that your coach isn't afraid to dress and play every night.

Avery is good for the team, but he's also going to piss a lot of people off and with only a few middleweights on the team some rangers could be in for a beating.
