huh... dont know what to call this one. Avs are massively the favorites, but theres something about the games where the opposing team take us for granted, if that happens even slightly I think we can win this one.

Oh, and superior goaltending? Look at the stats! Varly and Price are in the same range. Too bad we're playing Giguere tomorrow.
Stats wise Varlamov and Price are pretty much neck and neck. But there is no stat for stealing games and that has been prices story this season. So sure if you want to base it off stats then you can say that, but if it came down to one game and I had to choose a goalie I'm taking Price 10 times out of 10. But yes, the difference between these two goalies is not a whole lot.

I think the only goalies who have performed better then Price this year have been Rask and Bishop. Oh ya.. and that Tokarski guy.

As a fan of both teams I assure you if Chucky ever becomes as good as O'Reilly he'll be one hell of a player. O'Reilly is a better player than Duchene.

Roy is the guy we needed. Everytime he talks, his philosophy feels like that's what we were looking for and it's unreal. Nothing phases him, he doesn't mind going on L'Antichambre talking about the upcoming game, he doesn't have a problem with the media, rather he enjoys them. Talks about how they wanted to bring in a offensive-styled team in Colorado cause that's what he believes in. Entertaining hockey and winning, who knew that existed? Also all the players love him and he is as much a coach as a pal to them. I think he would go along well with Subban.

Grass is greener where you water it.

I respect what Roy's done in his first season as a head coach, with a young and talented group, however, I hope Therrien and our guy's send them packing with a big L.

Sorry Roy, St. Patty's day was yesterday.

I loved Roy the player and give him credit for becoming a solid, mature coach. But he walked into an ideal team after an ideal draft pick at the perfect moment. Until he's faced adversity with under-performing/difficult players for longer than one season, we can't judge how good a coach he really is.

To be fair MT had a great first season with the habs and that's the kind of coach he was last year until he went bonkers. Even Boucher had a great first season with Tampa. Let's see how Roy does in the next few years

Mike Johnson... damn this guy was always on his ass, had one of the worst balance I've seen in a hockey player, with Benoit Pouliot a close 2nd...

It seems every homecoming in the last couple of decades has turned into an embarrassing loss.

I expect Habs to lose, the crowd chanting Roy's name, and the media to throw MT under the bus.

All the parking meters on boul. Rene-Levesque near the Bell Centre are totally empty until 6:30pm, because no parking is allowed during rush-hour. Get there for 6:30, you'll find a ton of available meter parking one block away from the game.

PS: Great seats dude! Enjoy!

ROR is such an under rated player, does he still have 0 pims this year?

Crap! A backup, Quebecois goalie playing in Montreal? We're doomed.

I always parked at the indoor parking on Stanley right below Ste Catherine. Might be cutting it a little close by that time, though. You could always park at the Forum and walk 20 minutes (or take the metro) to the Bell Centre if you're worried about driving around for a spot.

What if the Avs lead 4-0 and the crowd starts changing Roy's name?
