I think that was my first ever game. But there's a game from Feb. 78 that is very similar where we beat Pittsburgh 13-0 I believe. Dryden played that game I think, and the game I went to, I remember Dryden didn't play and I was upset. So maybe this is it. As I was sitting down, Lafleur went end-to-end, but didn't score. I was sitting behind the Montreal bench.
I might be remembering it wrong, but I remember a Habs dman shooting it the length of the ice and hitting a Penguin in the head at center ice (he didn't have a helmet on) and he collapsed and there was a large pool of blood over the Canadiens' logo.
It tasted great, especially right after some nasty pink chewing gum inside the O-Pee-Chee hockey card set you bought at the depanneur.
Oh I miss the Flowerpower juice. I could only get it when I visited my relatives in Quebec. I could never find it here in Ontario. Haha yeah that gum was horrible. The sad thing is, you knew it tasted bad, but you ate it anyways.
Incredible thread idea. Can't wait to see more pictures added.
